Voice recognition

A little off-topic but have you ever used voice recognition?
It is for my small translation office and the translators I have been in touch with aren't familiar yet.
The most widely used is Dragon 9 but there is also Via Voice.

    My brother used via voice a few years ago (like 5) and wasnt happy with it. Maybe its been upgraded and improved greatly since then. I would expect that it has.
